COVID-19 update

All patients should not bring children under the age of 15 to the clinic unless they are being seen.

If either of the following apply to you, you should self isolate.
Call the office for instructions – do not come in if you have:
● a fever of 100.4 or higher
● a cough
● shortness of breath
● been exposed to someone who has traveled out of the country or the states of Washington, California, Florida or New York

You should also:
● distance yourself from friends and family when possible
● wash hands frequently
● avoid touching your face
● do not share drinks or food utensils with others
● cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow (a cough or a sneeze can travel up to 3-6 feet)

Please keep in mind that this is a virus – there is no treatment except to treat the symptoms as they arise. This virus is self-limiting, meaning it will run its course in 10-14 days. Most people will have no symptoms or mild symptoms. Do not go to the hospital or ER unless you are short of breath. For people with lung issues this means short of breath more than usual. They will not test you for the virus if you do not meet the criteria above. We do not have any test kits for COVID-19 in the office. Please go to or for more information.

Additionally, our property managers have instituted the following clinic visitor restrictions:

To protect patients, their families and all INTEGRIS Health caregivers, INTEGRIS Health will temporarily be restricting the number of non-essential persons at each clinic. Each patient needing assistance at their visit will be allowed one accompanying visitor per appointment. These temporary restrictions are being enforced out of an abundance of caution, and to mitigate the potential transmission of the COVID-19 illness or influenza. INTEGRIS Health is following guidelines and best practices issued by the Centers for Disease Control. This is a temporary inconvenience, but we have implemented this policy in the best interests of our patients, caregivers and the community. Thank you for your support and understanding.
